Demo Mode Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Demo Mode (“Demo”) provided by Boost (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Demo is offered solely for testing, demonstration, and familiarization purposes and is not intended to, nor does it, constitute the provision of a real-money gambling service.

2. Purpose of the Demo

• Testing and Demonstration: The Demo is a simulated environment designed exclusively for testing and evaluating the Platform’s features and interface, using a simulated balance.
• No Real Money Involvement: The Demo uses simulated credits (“Demo Credits”) that hold no real monetary value and do not represent or facilitate real-money transactions.

3. Simulated Environment and Demo Credits

• Demo Credits: Any credits provided in the Demo are entirely simulated and have no intrinsic or exchangeable monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for real money, cryptocurrency, or any other financial asset.
• Simulated Gameplay: All outcomes, winnings, losses, or rewards in the Demo are generated within a controlled and simulated environment. These simulated outcomes do not reflect any real risk and cannot be transferred to or applied within a real-money gaming context.

4. Non-Gambling Declaration

• No Real Gambling Services: Boost does not provide, promote, or facilitate any form of real-money gambling or wagering through the Demo. The Demo is strictly for simulation and testing purposes.

• No Guarantee of Operation: Boost does not warrant that the Demo will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. The Demo may be suspended, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Boost or Boost Entertainments Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Demo, including losses resulting from system errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Modifications and Termination

• Right to Modify: Boost reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Demo and these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Demo signifies your acceptance of any changes.
• Termination: Boost may, at its sole discretion, terminate or restrict your access to the Demo if you breach these Terms or if such action is deemed necessary for technical or legal reasons.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Boost Entertainments Labs is established or operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate courts in such jurisdiction. By using the Demo, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

9. No Endorsement of Real-Money Gambling

The Demo is strictly for testing, demonstration, and evaluation purposes. It does not represent or endorse any real-money gambling activities now or in the future. Any real-money gaming services, if introduced, will be governed by separate and distinct terms.
